Ok everyone, I received this e mail few days ago.
We will also be with the Corvette Club.
· Club members need to send me an email on Sunday May 8th, but not prior to 12:00 (NOON) If sent prior to NOON it will not count. My E-Mail Address is

· On Monday May 9th I will contact each of the 30 slot holders to confirm that they are in the grid for the Night Before The 500 Event.
· If either Club comes up short, I will fill the grid with the other clubs car.
· This is a 2 Person per Car Event.
You will want each member to know that we do charge $20.00 per vehicle which covers 50% of the police escort. I’m currently working with Corporate to see if they will cover 100% but don’t have that approved yet.

1:00 PM Club members start showing up and are parked in rows filling the grid.
Drivers and co-driver need to go into the show room area and sign the Speedway Waiver and Club Waiver if Club has one. Please bring your driver’s license for this waiver.
Drivers and co-driver will be given a wrist band to participate.
The “HUMMER” Hot Dog Man will be serving up his City Famous Hot Dogs and soft drinks.
If you haven’t seen the latest Camaro Convertible, ZR-1 or any other Chevrolet vehicles, now is a GREAT time to look them over.
Spend some time visiting with other club members, both from your club and the other club.
4:30 PM Departure to the Speedway.
Parade Lap around the Track.
Buffet Dinner at the Chevy Display area.
Special Guest Speakers from Chevrolet.
Preview Chevrolet vehicles, present and future.
Possibly a Museum Tour
Depart at your time frame.
As you can see, we do try to make our Caravan a little more interesting than the other dealers and we look forward to being your host on May 28th.
