Yes, it's in the club by-laws and would require a member vote to amend them and change it. If anyone doesn't have a copy of the by-laws and would like one we could email you or send a copy if you'd like.

I beleive I have a copy of the by-laws. Thought maybe we would have gotten a newsletter to remind us.It's been awhile. And I wasn't sure who to mail it to.
